ORDER PROCESSING

All items are pre-made and in stock.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Shipping times are estimated at 7–10 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note:

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or high order volume.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Third Gen is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

Packages returned due to incorrect address information

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Third Gen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen:

Contact the shipping carrier directly.

File a claim with the carrier if applicable.

We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.
